The FIREBRAND Summer Bible School is a flagship annual discipleship initiative designed to intentionally establish children and teenagers in biblical truth during the summer holidays. More than a Bible camp, it is a structured discipleship journey that equips young people to know Christ, understand Scripture, develop a biblical worldview, and live out their faith confidently.
To raise a generation of children and teenagers rooted in Scripture, filled with the Holy Spirit, and equipped to influence their generation with biblical truth.
The Vision
This year, we’re making an intentional shift from Biblical stories to Biblical worldview. From passive attendance to active participation. From a children’s introduction to a rigorous, transformative discipleship experience.
Our goal is simple but weighty: to help our children understand what we believe as Christians, and why. Not just Bible stories, but the doctrine of Christ, the beliefs that anchor us, the convictions we can defend in a world that grows more complex by the day.
We want to raise a generation that is grounded, articulate, and clear about their faith, able to see life through a scriptural lens, not just know Bible stories. This means building their confidence in the authority of Scripture, and introducing them to healthy spiritual disciplines that will shape them for life, not just for a season.
And in September, we bring it all together at the FIREBRAND Festival, not just a celebration, but a commissioning. A sending forth of young people established in what they believe and ready to live it.
Welcome to a richer, more rigorous discipleship experience.
Most summer programs inspire for a week and fade. FIREBRAND is built for what lasts.
Every child joins the group built for where they are, with teaching pitched right for their stage.

Where faith begins. Explorers meet Jesus through Bible stories, simple prayer, worship, and learning who God says they are.

Building biblical foundations, studying Scripture, prayer, the Holy Spirit, Christian character, discernment, evangelism, and everyday discipleship.

Where faith takes ground. Catalysts go deeper — doctrine, worldview, purpose, leadership, purity, spiritual gifts, evangelism and Kingdom influence.
A deliberate progression — from the Gospel to the mission Christ sends every believer on.
Salvation, repentance, faith, and the assurance of being fully His.
His person, His gifts, His fruit, and learning to follow His guidance.
Its authority, how to study it, and how to actually live it out.
Building a real, daily intimacy with God.
Christlike character, obedience, and knowing who they are in Christ.
Evangelism, purpose, service, and influencing their generation.

🔥 Getting Started
A structured, three-week discipleship journey — not just a Bible camp — that helps children and teens know Christ, understand Scripture, and live out their faith with confidence. It culminates in a Commissioning Ceremony at the FIREBRAND Festival.
The Summer Bible School is fully virtual. The FIREBRAND Festival is hybrid.
A one-day capstone event featuring the Commissioning Ceremony, a final assessment, and breakout rooms.
Ages 6–18, split into three tracks:
Six discipleship modules, one per lesson: The Gospel, The Holy Spirit, The Bible, Prayer & Worship, Identity & Holiness, and Kingdom Mission.
Facilitators are equipped with standardized teaching guides, lesson plans, slides, discussion prompts, and assessment tools to ensure consistency across all classes.
🔑 Registration & Access
Registration takes a few minutes and is completed online. Open the registration form →
No — the Summer Bible School is open to everyone.
No, participation is completely free.
A device with a stable internet connection, and the Zoom app installed and tested ahead of the Onboarding Session.
No special materials need to be purchased.
📅 Schedule & Attendance
About four weeks in total, from the Onboarding Session (Aug 9) through the FIREBRAND Festival (Sep 5), with the six core lessons delivered over two weeks (Aug 10–21).
Lessons start at 7pm WAT, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), for two weeks.
Onboarding covers welcome and orientation. Closing is a wrap-up session with a final assessment ahead of the festival.
📚 Lessons & Learning
The first 10–15 minutes begin with worship and prayer, the middle is the lesson itself, and the last 5–10 minutes are for assessment.
There's a short assessment at the end of every lesson — it's there to reinforce learning, not to pressure your child.
Each lesson builds on a specific area of discipleship, so expect growing familiarity with that week's module — for example, clearer language around salvation and repentance after The Gospel module — plus visible application through the take-home Scripture memory and devotional work.
Growth is cumulative across the full six-module arc rather than dramatic after any single lesson.
👪 Parents & Guardians
Yes for Explorers, and recommended for Navigators, at least for the first few sessions — mainly to help with navigating Zoom and staying engaged. Catalysts can generally manage independently.
Try to at least get your child logged in and settled, then check in with them afterward about what they learned. Consistency matters more than being present for the full session every time.
Ask about that week's module, and support any Scripture memory or devotional work assigned between lessons.
💻 Technical Support
All lessons run on Zoom. Please install and test the app before the Onboarding Session on August 9.
