Faculty Member, FIREBRAND Forerunners Bible School

Job Summary
We are seeking spiritually mature believers, with a passion for teaching, discipling and mentoring to join our Faculty at FIREBRAND Forerunners Bible School. You must have a strong sense of call toward ministry, genuine passion to see others rise in Scriptures and a diligent spiritual devotion to methodically mentor others in doctrine and Truth. If appointed, you will serve within our Faculty and report directly to the Program Director.

Responsibilities
As Faculty Member, you will become a part of our Academic Council providing support to curriculum development, creating and/or reviewing Bible Resources, directly discipling assigned believers for specified durations, and teaching Modules within some of our Programs.

  1. Participate in Curriculum Development and Research for Programs – making valuable contributions for learning tools, supporting resources and delivery methodology
  2. Adapt to and comply with standards stipulated for Faculty Members of the Bible School
  3. Disciple and mentor assigned believers toward spiritual growth and/ or ministry leadership
  4. Teach / Lead Bible Studies, Book Clubs, Devotional Classes, Doctrinal Deep-Dives for members/ students / small groups in the Bible School
  5. Teach Module(s) within specified Programs and Courses in the School
  6. Co-facilitate Webinars, Seminars and MasterClasses
  7. Develop Learning Learning Proposals and Plans in the event of suggested studies or courses based on student need areas
  8. Participate as Jury Member during Academic Evaluations, Assessments and Graduating Presentations for students of our Programs 
  9. Participate in Program Evaluations and Course Assessments that improve the delivery and execution of FIREBRAND Forerunners Bible School programs.
  10. Serve as mentor and academic advisor to assigned students.
  11. Other duties as assigned by President or Program Director. 
  • Graduate of FIREBRAND Forerunners Bible Course.
  • Ministry experience in teaching, discipleship and mentoring 
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, expound on Scriptures and grounded understanding of the Doctrines of our Christian Faith.
  • Passion and interest in curriculum development, learning development and research
  • Commitment to the mission of FIREBRAND Forerunners Bible School.
  • Willingness to grow studentship of the Bible School by partnering with our publicity efforts

This is a volunteer position with the ministry and we undertake a careful selection process. It is significantly remote, but requires devotion of time and heartfelt service. You may specify your available commitment volunteer hours.
